Muller Law Defeats Motion for Summary Judgment Again

Chip Muller defeated defendants’ motion for summary judgment in Domenichetti v. Premier Education Group, LP, in federal court in Boston, the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts .  The case will proceed to trial.
