For Employees
Muller Law is one of the leading employee rights advocacy firms in New England. We are passionately dedicated to helping people resolve workplace conflict. We specialize in helping people in all phases of the employment relationship: We help negotiate employment contracts at the beginning of the employment relationship. We help guide employees through problems that arise with performance evaluations, discipline and promotion. We help disabled employees negotiate reasonable accommodations. We help employees negotiate and secure family medical leave. We fight for employees to receive the wages, overtime, tips, and sick leave required by law. We vindicate the rights of employees who have been illegally fired, demoted, discriminated against, retaliated against, harassed, or denied pay or benefits.
Muller Law knows the power of the jury trial. One thing sets us apart from other law firms is our track record of success at trial. We bring cases to a jury if reasonable settlement in our clients’ best interests is unattainable.

- Anti-discrimination and anti-retaliation claims under statutes like Title VII, the Rhode Island Civil Rights Act
- Age Discrimination in Employment Act
- Sick pay
- Vacation pay
