Joe Hoefferle

Joe is licensed to practice law in Rhode Island and Massachusetts.  Since starting at Muller Law in January 2018, Joe’s practice has included corporate and litigation matters. He has worked on organizational matters for small businesses, including corporate and LLC formations, LLC Agreements, By-laws, and corporate actions.  He has also worked on unemployment insurance applications and appeals, employment discrimination claims, debt collection proceedings, and business and contract litigation matters. Joe’s prior experience includes work as an associate in the secured finance practice at Palmer & Dodge LLP in Boston and as an associate in the banking and corporate law practice at Moses & Singer LLP in New York.  Joe received his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Brooklyn Law School in 1997. While in law school he was Articles Editor of the Journal of Law and Policy.  He holds an M.S. in Historic Preservation from the University of Vermont and a B.A in Government from Wesleyan University.
